IN THE OCEAN:
Adult swim lessons Are Real, YES! With so much compassion we embrace those who bravely reveal that they never learned how to swim. Every story is different. Maybe you’ve never had a Swim Lesson in your life or you want to increase your Ocean Confidence. Salty Swim School has a Coach for you.
Breathing:
Trained to navigating blocks like panic and anxiety, we use skills from trauma based yoga and massage training with free dive and scuba skills to connect you with your breath. You can do it. Oh Yes you can! We’ll do it together.
Coaches utilize a lifetime of training strategies, skills, and techniques to help you improve the efficiency of your Swim in the Ocean learning how to maximize glide and minimize drag with every micro-adjustment.
BEGINNERS:
New Swimmers or beginners start with the 3 pack of one-hour Lessons.

Adults Swim Lessons
Adult Swim Lessons at Salty Swim School teach Ocean Confidence, water safety, and Swim Skills such as accuracy (dare I say perfection) of all the swim strokes including Butterfly, Back Stroke, Breast Stroke, and Freestyle. Additionally learn survival strokes, tread and float skills as well as sighting techniques and strategies to help you build your library of skills for reading the Ocean, Water Safety, OCEAN CONFIDENCE, and Fun!!!
