What Our Swimmers Have to Say...

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Salty Swim School and would unequivocally recommend them to anyone looking for a swim coach in Kona. If you are looking for a Kona swim coach to help you swim in the ocean, then do this! My coach, Heather, was fantastic. I am a 66-year-old pool swimmer with sinking legs and an ambition to swim in the ocean. In three sessions, Heather took me from an ocean newbie to swimming out to the one-mile turnaround and back. She is a natural teacher. She helped me with my technique (including taking videos for analysis), answered questions about tides, currents, jellyfish, and sharks, gave me a ton of confidence, and was super fun to swim with. So glad I did this. The lessons were just what I needed and I feel (cautiously) ready to swim in the ocean now.
