What Our Swimmers Have to Say...

I came to Hawaii with one clear goal, to learn how to open water swim. Working with Coach Heather completely exceeded my expectations. She gave me so much confidence and truly transformed my swim technique, helping me with sighting, drafting, and bilateral breathing in a way that immediately clicked. We swam on the iconic Ironman World Championship course, which was an unreal experience in itself. On top of that, Heather took great videos and photos during our sessions. These were incredibly helpful for understanding how to improve my technique and were a fun bonus for sharing on Strava and with friends back home. She also pointed out fascinating marine life along the way, which made each swim feel special and unforgettable. I loved every minute of it and left feeling genuinely confident to open water swim on my own. I would absolutely do this again and cannot recommend her and Salty Swim School highly enough.
