What to Expect:
Long swims launch early between 6am-8am.
Pace:
Please specify your swim needs so we can match you with the right Coach. Top athletes finish the course in under an hour. Participating athletes need to finish in under 2 hours and 20 minutes. Our goal is to match Your Pace. Dolphins and eagle rays change the intention. Be ready. Also, if you’re serious about your swim time and you don’t stop for wildlife, we have a coach for that too.
